Yes! The application runs just as well on the iPod touch as on the iPhone.

If an application purchased from the App Store no longer works as expected after updating to iPhone OS 3.0 (or later), try these steps.
My application didn't download completely.
Make sure that your Internet connection is active. From your computer, select "Check for Available Downloads" under the Store menu in iTunes 8 (or "Check for Purchases" under the Store menu in iTunes 7). From your iPhone or iPod touch, an interrupted download begins again the next time the device joins a network with an Internet connection.

How do I sync my purchased content between my computer and my device?
iTunes automatically syncs applications you've purchased on iPhone or iPod touch to your iTunes library when you connect your iPhone/iPod touch to your computer. Applications are synced to the Applications list in your iTunes library. iTunes creates the list if it doesn't exist. Read more about Syncing applications from the App Store.
