This latest theme aims to help teachers in the Special Education Needs classroom take maximum advantage of the Activsoftware to produce engaging and interactive lessons.
The Planet team acknowledge that the field of Special Education is a diverse and specialist subject, so this theme has been created to provide teachers of all categories of Special Education Needs with the basic tools to create Activlessons for their pupils.

Lesson Tips
We've prepared this document with assistance from Special Education (SEN) teachers to give you a brief overview of the type of activities you could be doing with your Activsoftware.
For example, to improve the motor skills of your pupils, have you thought about using the Activboard to trace around shapes? How about using animation to focus attention, and then using the spot light tool for even more focus on a particular point?
