The Planet's latest competition, "Where's Flippy?" is on a new adventure, with a new clue and brand new prizes - and you could be part of it!

Teachers from all over the globe have been joining in the hunt for Flippy for a chance to win brilliant prizes for their ActivClassroom. Do you think you have what it takes to win? Well here’s all you have to do...

To become the next big winner, solve the latest clue and locate Flippy on our unique Google map. Then ,create a Flipchart based on the challenge provided (you can use the resources given to you when you locate Flippy). Finally, upload your flipchart to be automatically entered in to the prize draw.

Previous Competition Winners

 The winner of the July "Where's Flippy?" competition is Teresa Scruggs for her outstanding flipchart titled Expressions and Equations. Teresa teaches 6th Grade Maths and has been teaching for 28 years.

Teresa told the Planet team: "I have loved having Promethean in my classroom and cannot imagine life without it!" As her Flippy prize, Teresa chose a set of Activotes to share with the rest of her teaching team.


The winner of the August competition was Shannon Wentworth for her flipchart about Colorado’s Hispanic Heritage. Shannon is an Instructional Technology teacher and teaches children from Kindergarten to Grade 5. Shannon also provides professional development and technology support to the staff. 

Shannon was very excited to be a winner of the competition and chose the ActivSlate and ActivHub for her classroom.
