Using Activinspire with Activote devices

Can anyone suggest where I can get help with setting up a new Activote set with Version 1.1 and 1.2 Activinspire. Does anyone know of a set of basic instructions. I also find Inspire crashes frequently when attempting to input pupil details individually?

I'd like to know this too please - I registered 33 devices and entered my class names....but then what?!..

Me too pretty that the set comes with instructions for Activstudio!!! seems pretty poor to me

I am finding a lot of problems in activinspire.......poor results when I search in the help online......hard to find the basic tools that were already on the activstudio......and I am having a hard time getting my activotes up and running. They're all registered, and working but so far .....the only way they've worked in when I click expresspoll (which I had to search for and add to my toolbar).......the old program had a way to create assessments........any advice on making quizzes, questions, flipcharts to assess???

You can hit ctrl + Q and it will take you to a question designer. It is pretty easy to use and you can add a question to any page with backgrounds and images or anything else. Access the activote browser, choose your class, allocate devices and you are ready to go. Then you just have to hit the activote button to start the quiz. It is a green circle with an arrow in it. Hope this helps.

In ActivInspire if you go to Help>Contents (F1) there is a section on Using Learner Response Devices which includes registering and naming.

Does that work on the Mac version. Control Q doesn't bring up a question design mode on mine.
