Default Insert Link vs Insert Media

When you choose insert media and place a sound or video in the chart, is this embedded and can be moved from computer to computer. When do you use insert link and choose to embedd file?

Default Re: Insert Link vs Insert Media

I generally use Insert > Link rather than Insert > Media because you have options about how the media looks on the page including embedding and other details.
