ActivPrimary wont stay open.

Hi,

Hoping someone out there can help me, having major problems with my mac and ActivPrimary not seeming to like each other.

I have a 2.4 Ghz Macbook running Mac OS X 10.5.6

I tried to install ActivPrimary 2.1 and it installed and opens ok, but when i go to close the tip of the day box ActivPrimary suddenly closes on me - i can get past it all.

Installed ActivPrimary 3 to see if it did the same thing and it does too. Is it a problem with my operating system? What should I do?

IT coordinator is stumped too.

Not sure where you are based,but if you contact your Tech Support option on the above link they may be able to help. Sounds like you have done the right things, upgrading etc.... BUT always hard to "help" without all of the issues surrounding your situation .....+wave+
