Fractions creator

I am just learning ActivInspire and wonder if there is an improved fraction creator. The Activstudio one was very cumbersome.

Sadly there isn't a Fraction creator at all in Inspire. It would be a good idea to raise this in the Inspire forum so other users can express a view which might persuade Software Development to one in an update.;)

Hello there,

Thanks very much for your post. We are looking at the big picture for Maths (or Math, depending on where you are!)...but we are also looking at the 'little' picture as well i.e. the everyday tools you need, and fractions are at the top of the list!

We've got a few things on the boil at the moment which should hopefully help - if you have any ideas or specific requests we'd love to hear them!

How about an equation editor, or the ability to use MathType to edit equations .....:):D

This has probably already been suggested, but the fraction creator should let you create mixed numbers (two digit numbers) as well. Thanks!

What would be really helpful would be able to type the fractions using the / key, but have some specific fractions 'mode' where the / would be converted to a horizontal fraction line. Then you could really rattle them out!
