Laptop volume control not working when Inspire is fully open?

Hi

Can anyone help... I have a DELL vostro 1500 and when Inspire is open I'm unable to adjust the laptop volume using the buttons at the front of the laptop... if I click on desktop tools so it minimises, they work fine... is anyone else having this problem? cheers

Did you happen to have a Flash object on the page? This just happened to me when I was trying to watch an embedded Flash file. I also have Dell, but I am assuming it is a function of the interaction of the laptop itself and not the software.

Hi Dave

It happens when I just open the software onto a blank page... it's a bit of a pain if I want to turn up the sound prior to opening a flipchart... I have to minimise using the desktop tools or close the software to sort it... thanks for the suggestion though...
