View Full Version : Slates not working!?

After installing ActivInspire the slates are only working about 50% of the time. Sometimes you have to totally restart the computer and then all will be fine. That isn't really an option when you are in the middle of a lesson. So the teachers don't want to use the slates or warning others not to update.

Any idea what could be causing this sudden issue?

Have you spoken with Support?

They can talk through the process of looking at things like the firmware on Hubs and Slates, etc.

The slates are brand new as of today. I don't think it is the hub/firmware issue. We had to update them in the past. Maybe I am wrong. I emailed the tech support people. There is no phone number that I can find.
