I have AP loaded, MAC version 3.6 build 117, and when I'm in presentation mode none of my actions are enabled. The blue arrow shows when I hover over something, however when I click on it the white pick-up handles show up and no action plays. (I am definately sure of being in presentation mode - design mode works as normal).
I have unloaded and reloaded the software and the same problem exists. (I am using the new dvd disc.) I am also running dual platforms on my MAC. My MAC Activstudio software runs perfectly on my same MacBook laptop and both AP and AS run perfectly on the windows side. ????

Yes, it is infuriating!!!
I usually make my flipcharts on PC but when i go to use them on Mac, actions don't work. if i download flipcharts from the Planet, they work on PC, but not when i need them on Mac at work. The one that annoys me most is the page reset - I would use that a lot, mostly greyed out - end up closing and re-opening flipchart, except for the times it takes me by surprise and actually works.
It's supposed to be a bug in the software - so I've been told.

That's really strange. I use a mac and my actions work like they should. I even tried with Activprimary.

Quick question. Do the actions work WITHOUT the board, like directly on your computer? I remember once that my actions would work sporatically when I was using them at the board but if I clicked with my mouse they would work.

This may be a question for tech support.

Try resetting your preferences. That worked for me. (Check the thread, actions mysteriously disabled.)
