After seeing this in another area of the forum, I thought we should have the idea in the Maths area too as its such a great idea.
Using colour backgrounds can be very clever when words or numbers are in the opposite colours.
I have included a flipchart with 3 pages to give you the idea, please use and generate more ideas, and dont forget to post them onto the Planet.

Page 3 - BoDMAS(brackets, division, multiplication, addition, subtraction) or BiDMAS (brackets, indices, division, multiplication, addition, subtraction).
