I searched the Forum for this answer but did not find what I was looking for. For the past few days I have had to restart my computer several times a day because I loose my pen. I can still move things around using my computer, but the kids have to give it up to me. When I reboot it works, but after a bit it goes out again. Any suggestions... I have uninstalled and reinstalled drivers and the program. Do I need to call Tech Support?

Hello,
I think it is the best way to call tech support because I never heard about this problem. Have to try to unplug the power supply of the activboard, waitone minute and then plug in again to reset the activboard. Sometimes this could help. If not, please call tech support :o

It is a problem that we find occasionally - it was a couple ofissues for different people, as I recall:
ACTIVdriver - make sure they are up to date...
Cables - Make sure they are plugged in correctly (both on computer and into the board (a couple of the staff members here had cables that were very long, and badly joined to the board. This caused drop-out of connectivity.
In all, yes, it was a techie problem whichever way you look at it.
