Message for Chris and Katie - Used my new "pods" for a full hour today with 9 Set 1. Took your advice and did it Ad Hoc - no planning apart from the worksheet - one I already had. Lesson on areas and circumference of circles and it was excellent even if I do say so myself!! I had a learning mentor in with me who said she had never seen one of her charges answer so many questions - he usually gives up after he has attempted a couple of problems. Finished of with your multiples venn diagrams Chris and even remembered about seeding!! Even asked them what they wanted for Xmas so that they could practice texting. All in all I don't think I will ever get them to write anything down again!! How much is a set??[clap]

Hi Fiona,
Fantastic stuff, keep it going, these are excellent diary gathering items for the mid-point and celebration events later in the year. Costing you will have to contact Katie and she will be able to give you an idea.
Keep up the excellent work Fiona, there are loads of my expression flipcharts on the Planet.

Let me know of any topics you might like to see in the future.

I am using them very ad-hoc - exam questions, answers to questions, starters plenaries - every opportunity. Even getting good at changing names that are not appropriate - they aren't doing it so much now - and also clearing names before they switch them off! What is the task going to be - is it worth collecting info now?[clap]

Hi Fiona,
Sounds like you are really getting on top of the activexpression and doing some good work with your students.
If you are able to upload some flipcharts to the Planet that would be excellent, keep a record of any ideas you have used that you would like to share, you could give other tecahers some tips and tricks on good practice at the mid-point review.
