Faulty Pens

I have had my new whiteboard for two months and already my pen has crumbled and fallen apart. Children have used the pen with my supervision, so I know it has been looked after. When I looked at the spare pen it already has cracks in it and it's not even been out of the packet!

Has anyone had the same experience?

Sorry to hear about your bad experience with the pens :(

The pens do have a warranty so what you need to do is to contact Promethean with the serial number(s) of your boards which have the faulty pens and they will replace them for you. [clap]

Hopefully you'll soon be back up and running with them!
