Resource Library

Hi I have reinstalled the software for version 3. Every thing is working except the resource library. There are No files at all in any of the libraries.

What to do?

I could do with a bit more information.

It sounds to me as though you haven't put the second disc in. Sorry, don't mean to be rude - but could it be that?

I am using Activstudio. Yes, I just put the disc in and loaded the resources successfully, but still no files.

BTW...
My tech person downloaded ver.3 from the website today and I wasn't aware i had to put a disc in at all. Should the resource library have been downloaded together with the new version?

It sounds like the software can't find the Resource Library. Go to Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs. If the Resources don't appear in the list, then try and reinstall them. If they do, then a call to your local Promethean Tech Support might be best.
