View Full Version : New Race Game AfL from Robert Powell Publications
Robert Powell (who has become a good friend of mine) is going to soon release the US versions for the new Race Game AfL for both Math and Science.
He has chosen me and our school for special US pilot in cooperation with Academic Benchmarks.
This will work with Activotes but will later also be compatible with Activexpression.
This software has powerful gaming algorithm to play competitive games on a car race track format. There is a 14000 Math and 4000+ Science question bank already in the software in addition to an editor to create custom questions by the teacher.
Watch out for this on :

Do they sell to the US?
Yes Heather,
They will sell to the US . Currently the software is going through "US versioning" by working with Academic Benchmarks a US company.
Here is the AFL Race game in action with Activotes.
It also works with Activexpression.
Please see video clip attached.

That looks like a lot of fun! I especially love the child who is dancing when you are going over the results, very cool! Does this one work on a "team" basis, or does each child have their own car? I think I am a little confused...

Hi Ben,
Currently as the version releases stands, each student has his/her own car.
Upcoming release will be able to group students as teams.
