Inserting sound files

Hi all
Can any tell me how to insert a .wav sound file into Activprimary? Also will it play even if upload the Flipchart to an online environment or would I have to include the .wav file as a supporting file?

You need to be in design mode! Click on the Promethean Man (click on his friend) the third icon along this will put a red frame around the Promethean Man. Once in this mode you will be able to right click on an object. Choose a shape from the shapes library>right click on the shape>insert a file>navigate to where your wav file is stored. Once you go out of design mode it will play.

The other way to do is to stay in design mode. Double click on an object and choose the little arrow which will give you some options. Go for actions - go for embed file/document. Navigate to the file again. This will be embedded and so won't need to be "taken" separately.
