When I make a new algebra test, is there a way to click on the problem to get the answer without solving it myself?????

Are you talking about questions for the activote devices?

Yes there is. There's an object action (double click on the object i.e. the text to get the Object Edit Toolbox) called Show.

First add the answer to the page. Then double click on the problem text, choose Object Properties on the Object Edit Toolbar, Actions, Object. In the drop down menu choose Show. When the Set button appears click on it and scroll through the list of objects until you see the thumbnail for the answer. Click on the object name. Click OK.

The go into the Object Properties of the answer text, choose Appearance, Take the tick out of the Visible box and the answer will disappear from the page. Save your flipchart. Now click on the problem and your answer should appear.
