Folder Tree for browsing other folders

When I browse the shared resources etc I can click the arrow to expand the folder tree window, to see all the various folders. This doesn't seem to work when browsing for resources in other folders (I often have folders of new resources and want to access them quickly, not having had time to put them in My Resource Library before use). It would be good if a folder tree popped out for other folders, so I don't have to keep going into each individual folder...
