Picture pairs

I'm trying to make picture pairs so that the user clicks on the top card which then disappears to reveal the picture underneath, then clicks on the revealed picure and the top card comes back. I have had some success in making the card disappear but not reappear. Can anyone help?

What are you doing to make the top card disappear? What action did you use to make it disappear? If you told it "to back" and set it to the top card, the you can tell the other card "to front" and select the top card again. The top card will be the only one moving.

Holli is absolutely right! Here are some simple directions for how to do that, and then when you stack the pictures...

1. Double click on the first picture
2. Go to Properties --> Actions
3. Use the "object" bubble
4. Use "To Back" and then set the picture you have for the action.
5. Do this for all the pictures, and then stack the pictures you want paired together.

Thanks all of you - its simple isn't it when you know how. I thought it had to be something to do with layers. I was telling it to hide and then reappear which was making the top card disappear but not reappear:)
