Flipchart Builder

I am having trouble with the flipchart builder. I am using version 3.6 (build 14) of Activstudio PE. When I try to open any flipchart, the window opens stating that it is loading thumnail 1 of __. However, it never moves past thumnail 1. Anyone else having trouble with this? Any suggestions?

Hi Tony,
You are not alone.
I have had that problem with Flipchart Builder too. It is a bit "buggy" and tempermental sometime.
What you have experienced has happened to me. What I have done is tried it again and it failed. Then I shutdown AS and then launched just the Flipchartbuilder.exe file. Seemed to have done the trick and I dont understand what it fixed, but I never had the problem again.

Thank you. I appreciate your suggestion. I tried it several times, but I guess I'm just not that lucky. It still isn't working for me. I have even tried a "repair" through the software. I am running Windows XP, if that is helpful.

Here is another tip to try and see if it helps.

Put the flipchart that you are trying to get pages from in a folder in "My documents" Put your target flipchart that you are building also in the same folder.
Then open flipchart builder.
Navigate to the target folder and actually click on both the flipcharts.
