I want to record some of my class lecture to the web. The problem is that there is no way to control the quality of the recording and the recordings are huge files that I cannot load onto our website. I don't want to go into another video editing software to reduce the resolution and sound quality so it is web ready. I wish I could just click record for the web and it would have web ready settings.

Anyone else have that problem? It would be really useful.

The longer the recordings are the larger the files.

I wouldn't record something more than 2-3 minutes, if you are planning on uploading it to a website. Anything over 5-10 minutes is going to be a huge file.
