How would you use a set of number cards that were randomly dealt on the IWB to develop mathematical thinking and improve mental manipulation of numbers?

The attached flipchart (also submitted to UK resources) gives three activity ideas, along with some Activote related assessment pages - but I'm sure you can come up with some more activity ideas?
