I had a great training session with Aleasha Aiken (PA) and she showed us how to move objects that aren't in the Toolstore into your toolstrip. This was great for me since I'm working with HS Math teachers, so I moved some math symbols into my toolstrip. It worked in the training, but when I tried it back here at school it didn't work. We downloaded the latest version at our training, and not here at school. Could that be why it didn't work? The error message was "Tray must be opened to drag tools into toolstrip". It really easy to do when it works, just click on your object and drag it over to the toolstrip and drop it in there. I told my teachers that I was training that I would find out why it doesn't work on their computers. Please let me know how I can help the teachers do this. Thanks so much!

Is your toolbar fully open (meaning the third column is showing)? If not, you should be able to click on the right arrow on the toolbar to open the third column and then be able to drag stuff in there.

Hi Karey,
Make sure you are dragging the objects into the 3rd row of the floating TOOLBAR rather than the 'flipchart toolstrip' - that's the one fixed at the edge of the page..
I have some of Pete Lambert's stickies from his Maths and Greek Symbols flipchart in my toolbar for quick acccess. http://www.Prometheanplanet.com/uk/server/show/ConResource.9449

I find that I use short cut tool bar all the time. I have been lately using it for the shapes that I keep drawing. I just finished teaching intro to trig in the Geo book, and I was constantly refrencing the 30 60 90 triangles, It was much easier to have it there to pull out for a refrence then to have to keep on drawing it.
