Welcome to the Secondary Maths forum. This has been initially set up as a resource/ideas sharing area for the forthcoming ‘Maths best practice and Interactive Whiteboards’ on Feb 25th 2008 at Brislington CLC. It will be an open area and we hope that the initial threads started here will be viewed and contributed to by Maths teachers across the Promethean community. Even if you haven’t attended on the day please feel free to contribute to existing threads and start new ones.
If you do want to ask a question/post an idea/resource on a new aspect it would be great if you could start it as a new thread. That way it should be easier for those dipping into the forum to follow a thread on one particular aspect. This won't always be possible and that's no problem, but in general it will hopefully make the threads easier to navigate.

As a high school math teacher, this is very exciting. I look forward to contributing/ It might be nice to set up sub folders by strand or subject. Like Algebra, Geometry, Calculus, etc.:p

Rob,

At the recent Activ '08 Conference in Sarasota, Mike Evans of Forsyth County, GA presented amazingly on this very subject. Check out his website at http://www.forsyth.k12.ga.us/ActivMath. Check out his Conference presentation and his Graphing one... Hope this helps!
