Saving Flipcharts

Just exploring AS 2 for first time - very impressive!

Just wondered how you save to a different location (eg I want to save it to my removable Flash memory pen). If I choose Save to... Other Location, I just get the same list of categories as when I choose save to My Flipcharts or Shared Flipcharts, and there doesn't appear to be a browse option...

Choose other location

Then enter a title etc and you be moved on to the standard Save As dialog box.

I have a query along similar lines - we want to be able to save flipcharts to a shared area on a network so how do we specify the file path to use

e.g the 'my flipcharts' automatically saves to the individual teacher's user area of the network so can we say that any 'shared flipcharts' on any machine for any user automatically save to the same place?

Hi Sonya,

Click on the Prom. man (sometimes known as the dancing man) :D on the toolbar.

Then go to Studio Settings

Then go to Profile and Resources

Once there you will see, hopefully, everything you need for saving in an alternative location.
