text recognition

Hi,
I am finding that the text recognition in ver2 is quite poor, words are run together, bizarre words are suggested and a poor selection of alternatives are offered.
I am running ver2 on the same machine as ver1, a pentium 3.
How are other folk getting on with it?

This is curious because the text recognition engine is identical to Studio v1. The only difference in v2 is that we have enhanced the engine with shape recognition.

Check you are using Alpha or Alphanumeric mode. Also that the language is set to English in Settings.
