Activtablet

Hey guys,

I have an activtablet that I have been trying to use for 1 year now on my macbook. I have contacted tech support and tried more new drivers than I can even remember. You are my last resort.

When I plug the tablet into my macbook, the pen only recognizes the upper left of my computer screen and thus the activboard. I can move the pen into any position on the tablet and get no response except in the upper left corner of the screen. HELP!!! I am ready to send it back with all of the email correspondence to promethean and demand a new one or my money back.

I have never had a problem that tech could not solve, but this has gone on too long.

Any suggestions?????

I assume that the tablet is correctly 'calibrated' to the screen size.

There are setting for graphics tablets that can limit them to managing only 'portions' of the screen. I would check any settings for the device to confirm that it has not been switched.

Other than that, I'd pursue it with support.

Support never mentioned callibrating it to the computer screen or even the board. Can you tell me how to do this? I have no paperwork that tells how to do this?
