I am so excited. I won an Activboard+2 at the GaETC!! [clap] I have wanted a board so badly and was in a state of shock when they called out my name. I am now home and have a million questions. Does the software come with the system or do i need to request that my school order it? What can i do to begin preparing myself for the arrival of my board? I want to know all i can before it arrives so once I get it I will be ready to use it with my class. What is the best way for me to learn how to use it?

Go to http://www.Prometheanlearning.com. Set up an account that will allow you to enroll in the Free Level 1 - Foundation Skills Course. Each topic in the course has interactive tutorials that will guide you through the basics of the software.

Once you get the board and the software you can install the software on your home computer as well. I found this was the best way to learn! Check out the flipcharts and resource packs in the resource section - they should give you a good starting point.
