I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this post. I bought a splitter for my monitor/Promethean board. It is a Y cable. My monitor is blurry and "jumps" constantly. I've already tried to adjust the monitor refresh rate, but that didn't work. Does anyone have any suggestions? Does anyone else use a splitter? I want to use my laptop, but last I heard the Vista wasn't compatible with the board. Does anyone know about that also? TIA!

Hi, Toobizzy. Welcome to the forum. I think there have been some discussions on here before about splitters and there is a feeling that quality of image can be seriously compromised with 'cheap & cheerful' splitters.
Why don't you try a search (from the blue menu bar above) and search for 'splitter'.+wave+

We don't recommend cheap splitters but I can't remember what brand we do recommend. Your technical Support will be able to help you with this.

There will be a Vista compatible version for the UK and US market coming out in the next few days.
