Error box popping up when trying to save in V3

I just downloaded V3 today and was busying myself learning all the new tricks when I encountered a problem. I was in the middle of creating a flipchart (that I had already saved several times prior with no problems) when I got the attached message after trying to save. I was creating the chart in V3, but had added a couple of pages from a flipchart that I created a while back in 2.5 - I only ran into the saving issue after adding the pages from the other flipchart. Anyone else having this problem or able to offer a solution?

Arrrgghhh!! Now I have completely lost the flipchart that I was working on!! I had saved it at least 15 times during the course of creating it, and after the problem I encountered above, I closed the flipchart w/o saving to continue working from where I had left off from the last save, and now it is gone completely. I looked in my "My Flipcharts" folder for both 2.5 and 3, tried the "Open Recent" option, and searched my hard drive, and it seems to have disappeared!!! Now I am completely confused:

Any help!?!
