Question about calendar posted by Lisa Beisel-Linn

I love the calendar posted by Lisa but I have a question about the month. It is currently in August but I would like to use the calendar each day for the year. I am unable to figure out how to change the month from August to September and so on. I am unable to move the objects on that page. Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Hi Connie. To change the flipchart make sure you are in design mode (dancing man) Right click and unlock background objects. Then you need to ungroup the objects. In AP3 when you click on a section you will see a dotted line round it and what looks like a jigsaw piece at the bottom left. Click on the jigsaw piece to ungroup. You will need to click off your selection and back on again for it to take effect.
Now you should be able to move/change text and graphics. I had already done mine for September so i'll attach it in case it is of any use.

Hi Connie,
Click on the promethean symbol beside the X at the top of the panel. A menu will spring out sideways, then click on the second circle - another promethean man holding a torch. This will go red to show you are in design mode. You will need to click this again when you are finished to "use" the flipchart.

OK. Got it now. Caryn has explained what you need to do assuming you are using Activprimary in her 9.40pm post. If you are using Activstudio Version 3, you need to go to click on the main menu icon and choose Design Mode, then follow Caryn's instructions. You may be able to edit this using Activstudio 2.5, but I would recommend you use V3.
