Here are a couple of suggestions for making pie charts.


One is using the protractor tool. Choose the whole protractor. If you have it up on the screen, you can use the pen tool to draw "segments" so each "part of the pie" is a separate object and can be moved around or rotated.
You can also use voting to create a pie chart. The students can vote and you can view the results as "right/wrong" and paste the resulting graph on the page.
Thirdly, you could use Excel to write the numbers down a column and create a graph there. Then use the camera tool to capture the resulting graph.

You could also use the compass tool to draw the outline, together with the ruler to divide the circle up and as Lisa has already suggested the protractor for creating segments.
