Was looking at the Blockbusters one with my EY team this afternoon and came up with the idea of using it for phonics games - something like showing them a picture or a real object and asking them to say/write/point to the correct initial/final/medial sound (once you have obviously editted it) and then scoring a point for their team if they are correct. I suppose you could even adapt it and put numbers in the cells and then use it for mental maths.
