Flipchart content not showing

We have a flipchart, that when you open it, it is totally white. When you look at the Page Selector or the Page Picker, you see all the pages with their backgrounds and text. We are stumped - any ideas? We know it was made with an earlier version of ActivStudio, but wouldn't think that should be a problem.

I am aware that this was a problem with one release of the software (it was rectified very quickly) - you should upgrade to a newer version asap
