Shortcut Keys

Are there any shortcut keys in activstudio? I've used the standard ctrl A, ctrl N, and ctrl C, but I'm wondering about studio specific commands.

Specifically, I'd like to be able to specify layers quickly instead of going through all the sub-menus.

Any help is appreciated!
