Hi all
Am having trouble when using active primary floating tools - the only way that I seem able to deselect the tools is to exit from the desktop, and then go back to the desktop - surely there must be a slicker way but I can't find it!
Help please!

Hi

How funny I was asked that only today!!

Because your pen is doubling up as pen and "mouse" if you choose to anotate over your desktop/website/word etc then you will need to "stop" using your pen in order to go back to mouse mode. To do this, click on the squeezy bottle which will delete the annotations from your screen and give you the "mouse mode" back again. graemlins/icon_biggrin.gif

If you want to retain the annotations you will need to snapshot your page first and add it to your flipchart.

We are working on offering an acetate type of environment in AP so that you don't "lose" your annotations. graemlins/cloud9.gif

Hope that all makes sense! graemlins/wave.gif

You can only come out of the floating tools by using the Clear Screen button (the spray can icon). So if you have done some annotations or highlighting of a document, you might want to take a snapshot of what you have done and put it onto a flipchart page before you clear.
