Wrong size snakes and ladders

Today I had trouble opening the Snakes and ladders board in that when I opened it up, it didn't fit the whole of the flipchart screen and was slightly blurred. The teacher who owned the board/laptop etc said that previously it had been ok - so was it me :eek: ? Another teacher, however, said that she also had problems with the board not being full size. I've not come across this before and was wondering if it was something to do with screen resolution??? Any ideas please :confused:

Laura, there's two ways you can do this. The first is to go to Backgrounds (the black and white diamond shaped icon), find Board Games, then Snakes and Ladders. This will give you a board which will be locked and fill the whole screen. The other way is to go into the resources library - Games - -Snales and Ladders. If you drag the board on from here, it will not fill the whole screen unless you make it bigger and it will also move about unless you lock it. I suggest you use the board in the Backgrounds section, then use the counters from the Resource library. As far as the blurring is concerned, not sure on that one.

Actually, I am not sure Laura means this :confused: BUT I am not sure I can give a coherent answer :rolleyes: What's new I hear you utter :eek:

It has something to do with screen resolution. If you are running in 800x600 and you should be running in 1024x768 or the other way around.

Maybe someone with more coherency - is there such a word - could add some words of wisdom here? graemlins/help.gif
