graemlins/help.gif I was wondering if there is a more efficient way of deleting unwanted flipcharts than labouring through the explorer. Can anyone help me out?

Sorry Simon there isn't.

However, we are working on getting AP to save/operate like AS2 in that it will create a folder in "My Documents". graemlins/clap.gif

In the meantime - have you read my post about saving resources on the Desktop? That is slightly less hidden than in the depths of Mr Gates' cellars.

Not sure if I understand this - I have a folder in My Documents called ActivPrimary - I can delete flipcharts from there, create new folders etc, or isn't this what is meant? I use AS2 mainly so am not as familiar with AP.

Not sure if I understand either now

ACTIVprimary doesnot, currently, set up a folder within "My Documents". If you have a folder there you/somebody must have created it. If you chose to save flipcharts to this part of your hard drive you would need to navigate there each time.

What Simon was needing clarification on was whether the contents of the "Bill Gates lets stick it as far down as we can" folder could be accessed more quickly.

Now I am sure everyone knows exactly what is meant.

Clear as mud eh?

btw if you do need to be reminded where to access this elusive folder then it is "exposed" in the top post of the ACTIVprimary forum.

No, I didn't create the folder - it's just the folder where all the flipcharts that came with Activ Primary are stored (and I didn't put them there!) Maybe it's not quite in "My Documents" - it's under Documents and Settings/My Name/My Documents...

Where is this folder supposed to be hidden, as I didn't have any trouble finding it?!

Well at least that clears that one up. I was worried that you really did mean "My Documents" in which case

Back to your question... the folder in question is obvious if you are used to exploring hard drives and folders but not if you aren't, which can be

Hence my post at the top of the list, which hopefully helps people navigate their way there if and when they need to graemlins/wave.gif
