With networks and different "front ends" preventing people from having access to the whole of the c drive, coupled with people getting lost when navigating down to the relevant folder, I thought this might help.

Several of the schools I have been supporting are finding it easiest to create a folder on the desktop which enables them to "control" the contents much more simply. This means that having created this folder you then identify folders within this folder for different curriculum areas/topic focus.

Obviously you have to navigate to this place each time you save or open a flipchart, however it does mean that you can move things around and delete unwanted flps whenever you like much more easily.
