Using the "remove all scribbles" option is brilliant. BUT not if you have created a flipchart in advance where you have used the pen.
By default any annotations (pen made marks) are on the top layer. This is very useful, particularly if you want to use the eraser to reveal the answer to a calculation, or reveal the missing word from a sentence.
However, if you intend to use a page to generate ideas and you have used the pen the create a picture/scene, then you need to "protect" these annotations.
By double clicking on any said annotations whilst in design mode it means that you can change their layer properties. Alter the layer from top to middle or bottom.
If you have used the pen a lot, a bit like I did in Rosies Walk - once you have finished your picture/scene then take a snapshot of the whole page and add it as a picture to a clean page and lock it to the bottom.
