Locking the length of arrows

Is there a way of 'locking' the length of the arrows chosen from the lines tool?

We have been using the arrows as clock hands and it would be useful to set the length so that when you turn the hands the short hand doesn't get longer!!

Hi,

Make your arrow the length you want it and then take a photo of it and save the snapshot into the resource library area. (Obviously you need to be in design mode to do this smile.gif
