Hi Everyone,

I have a teacher who is having trouble keeping her slate activated. Every time she shuts down her computer, she needs to reactivate her slate. Is there any way to override this so she can save this step? Thanks for your reply...

Does she have to re-register it? Or just turn it on (enable it) with the slate controller?

I would also check to see if she has the latest versions of the software and drivers.

Try repairing the disk permissions, it might not be letting her save the settings to file.
