Somebody said today, thanks Nick, that when he was using AP in a geography lesson he put all the resources that the children would need in a folder.

The map, labels, icons, images, and that way the children had access to the correct resources without having to search and therefore not needing to spend time possibly getting distracted (as if!) tongue.gif

(Design Mode) Create a folder and name it - make sure you are within the right category within the resource area - and then having identified all of the images you want the children to use/have access to, drag them into this folder and name them.

Brilliant

This is a really useful tip especially now that AP2 allows you to have your own set of folders within the resource library area.

What is particularly helpful is if you want your images to be different sizes from the default within the library.

To have a folder into which you store/save your most used icons or school specific symbols/images.

This is where you could save the date and therefore all you do is bring it up and edit it at the beginning of the day and there you could also have your different working groups of children. These can then also just be brought up when needed. If you save your groups of children as individual names in a list which you then "group" in Design mode, it means you can easily move children from one group to another should you need to.
