Have you ever tried changing fonts from Arial to Verdana? It used to take me ages to scroll down from A to V
Yesterday my colleague Sarah saw me doing this and she gave me this tip which I thought I would pass on. Click the font selection drop down and just press V - goes straight to Verdana!

She then followed it up with this one. Instead of use the text selection cursor to select all of your text to edit it, simply click the ALL button in the text edit dialog box.

Brilliant [clap]

I'm sure I can't be the only one who didn't know these two shortcuts!

Version 3 will place your recently used fonts to the top of the font list. If we keep going, the text tool will eventually turn into Word !
