Hi All,
Before I log a support call I wanted to make sure that this wasn't a common problem. Does anyone have the following issue?
Chris
When pasting images into ACTIVprimary the images decolour and distort. This can be corrected by either leaving the image for a few minutes or moving the image.
This problem only occurs when the machine has a whiteboard attacted (and therefore the driver installed). The problem does not occur if the resolution is set to 1024 x 768.
This happens on a multitude of machines with a variety of graphics cards on a number of networks.
