Fraction Creator Tool

I am not having luck with the fraction creator tool. I tried clicking on the icon on the power tools bar but nothing happens. According to Atomic Learning I should see a box to enter the numbers for the fraction. Can someone shed some light? Thanks,

Hi

This is because you are not connected to a board. There are two functions which do not work when not connected to a board or tablet and this handwriting recognition and fraction generator.

Also, if you ARE connected to a board and are using a Mac, I think you have to have "inkwell" turned on as this tool uses the Mac OS's handwriting recognition engine.
