I use a Mac iBook 4. Every time I take it to the same classroom and plug it in to the same board with the same beamer, which are set up prérmanently, I have to recalibrate. Is there not a way to save the calibration so that I do not have to do this every lesson?

I'm sorry to rely with a rider onto your problem, but I've been trying to calibrate the board with my G4 PowerBook and I get a message that the board is not set up for use in this country and the the preferences can be changed in the prefpane.

What's the prefpane & has anyone had & solved this problem?

 By Prefpane do they mean in system preferences? Have you tried to calibrate the board there?

Apple - System Prefences - Other - Activboard

Hi John,

Is the Mac iBook 4 a new Intel computer?

Nope, the chip is an Apple PowerPC G4 and I am using OS X. Is that significant?
