In an effort to get rid of the blue watermark (even though it was working fine) I installed the latest driver (Mac Mini Intel) and now it won't talk to my board at all (18 months old- with no light top left)

What can I do?

I have now erased the hard drive and re-installed the system and the driver. Still not recognising board.

With this particular board, (not a pro, with the ORANGE logo and no white light), I gave up and reverted to a PowerPC Mini.

Working well now.

was this using 2.2b42 of studio and 2.3b73 of the driver? these combined should get your board working without the watermark. with intel macs, if you have the correct driver but an older version of the software it will work fine but will show the watermark. so you need the software update to fix that.
