Run time error 9

Hello, all!

I thought I would ask here before bothering tech support. Is anyone else getting "Run time error 9: Subscript out of range" when running Question Master after installing the new 2.5 updates? This is happening for me on both ACTIVprimary and ACTIVstudio. If I uninstall the updates and go back to the old version, Question Master works without errors.

We're not using Question Master, but we're getting "Run Time error 9, subsript out of range" when we try to bring up the floating keyboard. Any suggestions out there? Thanks.

Hi mmiddleb

I believe your issue was sorted a while back you will need to check you are on the latest version. BUT I do know that Service Pack 2 was the culprit for this and the way to get around this is to use the Operating System Keyboard. If you go to Settings you will find one of the options is to "tick" use Keyboard with OS.

I have found that if you have runtime error 9 with one of Activstudio or Activprimay external applications you will get it with all.

Download the latest update from the website, if that fails we can send the full version that would create a clean install
